Matt is a fourth generation Colorado native born and raised in the Rocky Mountains. Matt joins the Edge Real Estate team by way of CB Richard Ellis where he was a member of one of the top producing commercial brokerage teams in Colorado. He has experience in commercial property and land transactions of all types. Matt has a passion for people and enjoys exceeding his clients expectations. Matt has a hospitality background and knows how to serve having spent several years as a business operations manager in the golf industry right out of college. Matt also has a significant competitive golf background; he is a two-time Colorado state amateur champion, played in the 1999 US Open, the 2007 PGA Championship, and has won the Colorado PGA player of the year award on several occasions. Matt received his Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder where he was also a letterman on the golf team.
