Joey's Team has been recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors as the top producing team in the Metro Area and the office has the highest production of any office with 1 to 10 agents and was named the "Top Residential Office" for 2006 and 2007. The Denver Board of Realtors has awarded Joey the Realtor Roundtable of Excellence for 2003-2007. Additionally, he was awarded the Platinum Level Award (the highest production level award) by the Denver Board of Realtors for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. Joey's team was Douglas County's top producing team for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and the second ranked producing team for the entire Denver Metro Area.
