Ralph Dell has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He started in the tile trade in Pennsylvania. Later he moved to California where he was foreman for a commercial and residential tile company. Ralph relocated to the Seattle area a few years later, worked for a large tile company as foreman, working in high end homes for some of the areas largest custom home builders. Ralph started his own company Dell Tile & Stone, working for custom home builders. Five years later he formed Dell Custom Homes and developed property and build custom homes in King County WA. His partner and wife Linda convinced him to move to beautiful sunny Colorado. Dell Custom Homes LLC was formed; they have been building custom homes in the Douglas County area for over 4 years specializing in high quality luxury homes.
