Roger Diachok, general contractor and owner of RSD Homes and RSD Enterprises, Inc. has been building beautiful custom homes in Colorado for over 35 years.
RSD Homes can be seen in many areas of the Front Range to include Columbine Valley, Belcaro, Parker, Castle Rock and the Larkspur area.
Roger graduated from Northern Colorado University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. His college summers were spent working as a carpenter.
After graduation, Roger spent a short stint in the securities business and decided to return to his first love, the construction business. From carpenter to crew foreman he became a framing subcontractor and then a general contractor.
Roger's wife Susan has been working with RSD for the past 6 years. She brings a strong background in finance and management. In addition to handling the office functions for RSD Homes, she has a great sense of design and a knack for helping customers with their decorating decisions.
Roger and Susan now live and work in Larkspur, and continue RSD's commitment to quality and excellence in every home they build.
